Project Los Nogales enters its 3rd year and the feedback has been great. Last year, there were:

- 7 processes (Natural, Black Honey, Red Honey, Yellow Honey, Soaked, Double Soaked & washed)
- 10 participating roasters

This year we've had another chance to obtain some beautiful El Salvadorians...
We chose a red honey HSF from the " El Roble"plot and a double soaked HSF from the "Miramar" plot.
This small lot gives you a very complex coffee. A complete fruitbasket with candied tropical fruits as peach and apricot, refreshing raspberry, funky blueberry, golden raisin and dark plums. All covered with a thin layer of creamy raw chocolate and well supported by a complex acids of mandarin, white grape and cola. In a cappuccino the raw chocolate notes are supported by the savoury flavours of malt.
