A unique coffee experience from cafe granja la Esperanza, recognised a one of the best farms in the world. producing multiple award/competition winning coffees.
After picking this Java was fermented aerobic for 24h and anaerobic for 7 days. next the coffee was moved to mechanical dryers for a period of 7 days.
Aroma: Cocoa, guave, plums, spices, nutmeg, grapefruit and tropical fruit
Tasting notes: a dense and aromatic body with flavours of plums, pineapple, black tea, cannabis, mango, rum, grapefruit and a juicy citric-tartaric acidity.
