Description

Unfermented, steamed green Rooibos.

The leaves of the rooibos plant are picked, dried and then steamed.

The leaf of the rooibos has a needle-like appearance of approximately 10 mm.

Because the leaves are not fermented, the needles have a beautiful green color.

Green rooibos has a sweet, mild and soggy taste.

Brewing advice: 12-15 grams / liter. 100 degrees Celsius with soft water. 3 -4 minutes
