Scope:

- Cleaning of all types of drinking glasses in commercial glass washing machines in professional kitchens, cafes, bistros and restaurants

- Cleaning of milk frothers and milk lines in coffee machines, coffee makers and espresso machines

Effectiveness:

- Reliably removes residues of e.g. beer, juices and soft drinks, milk, mixed milk drinks, ice cream, wine, spirits and lipstick

- Particularly suitable for use with soft water

Application and dosage:

For cleaning drinking glasses in professional glass washing machines: neodisher Alka 500 can be used in all professional dish washing machines.

General directions for use:
- For professional use only.
- The usage solution neodisher Alka 500 should
be rinsed in its entirety with water.
- Before replacing, rinse the
dosing system including suction hoses with
water.
- For economical and controlled dosing
the use of automatic
dosing devices or systems is recommended.
Furthermore, dishwasher detergent dispensing spouts are available for filling the
built-in dishwasher detergent reservoirs in the
