Description
This is a Semi-washed blend produced by Yiver Vargas, a community leader and passionate advocate for gender equality in rural Colombia. Grown at 1,650 meters above sea level under the shade of sugarcane, avocado, and banana trees, this coffee reflects both her dedication to quality and her commitment to sustainable, inclusive farming.
This coffee has a double fermentation in order to provide more complexity and sweetness. The cup is sweet and juicy, with notes reminiscent of panela, a balanced profile, and a clean, rounded acidity. It finishes with a lingering sweetness of panela, complemented by a round body that makes it a very approachable and well-structured coffee.

A reliable, versatile coffee with character — just like its producer.
